We are currently looking for a Marketing Account Manager to join our team at Freshbat. This role is fully remote but you must be based in the UK to apply.

Client relations 

  • Be the main point of contact for our client account contacts 
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell to clients where relevant 
  • Have ownership of regular calls and responsible for maintaining good contact with clients  
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships by becoming their trusted marketing advisor and through consistent delivery 

Marketing delivery 

  • Documenting our client delivery processes and ensuring these are up to date 
  • Identifying opportunities to improve our client delivery processes to ensure the best possible service 
  • Creating and managing campaign plans, including scoping and pricing when out-of-scope 
  • Supporting with copywriting social media posts, emails and blogs 
  • Working with freelance suppliers when required to ensure work is delivered on-time and to the right quality 

Project management 

  • Manage and action client requests that fall within the agreed scope of work 
  • Planning and managing all marketing activities for clients throughout the month, including delegating tasks to the relevant team member (e.g. graphic design, engagement etc.) 
  • Keep projects within scope plus identify any additional requests and upsell where relevant 
  • Tracking time spent on client accounts and making sure this fits within the allocated hours per client 
  • Tracking time and identifying how much time should be spent on each client account per month and making sure the team adheres to this 


  • Provide strategic advice and guidance to clients on regular calls 
  • Producing monthly reports for each client account, including commentary and identifying strategic opportunities to improve performance 
  • Liaising with other members of the team and collaborating with them to improve their area of service delivery to achieve better client results 
  • Identifying new opportunities for clients to utilise new features available on online platforms, recommending and implementing  
  • Creating social media marketing strategies for clients in collaboration with other members of the team 

Training and management 

  • Delivering training for the wider team on key areas for the business, such as social media developments, SEO, website developments, tools, content creation etc. 
  • Managing client delivery team, including marketing executives 


Fully remote and work from home, with occasional travel in the UK required
