CEO & Founder
Catherine founded Freshbat in 2021 with a gut instinct for great marketing and no patience for fluff. What started as a one-woman consultancy is now a sharp, ROI-obsessed agency. She’s committed to ensuring excellent customer service and pushing the boundaries of marketing through creative campaigns that generate tangible results.
Managing Director
Nick joined Freshbat as our fractional Managing Director in July 2024, bringing experience from managing numerous other agencies and an unshakeable ability to stay calm in every scenario. He’s the voice of reason, the resident devil’s advocate, and the one making sure our standards stay high and our operations are slick so we can deliver an exceptional service.
Head of Client Delivery
Sophie is our experienced Head of Client Delivery who makes sure all our clients are getting the results they're looking for, as well as heading up our Client Delivery team. Her background is in marketing strategy and campaign delivery and she loves taking complex ideas and making them accessible through amazing content.
Brand Strategy & Marketing Communications Director
With 25 years in brand and marketing comms, Sarah’s worked with more brands than you’ve had hot dinners, and somehow she’s still the most enthusiastic person in the room. She brings serious expertise wrapped in the kind of energy that makes every project feel fun.
Senior Marketing Executive
Maira’s been with Freshbat since 2023 and keeps things running with quiet brilliance. She’s the reason your emails and social posts hit the right tone, land on time, and stay true to your brand’s voice. She's also dedicated to testing and refining marketing approaches to achieve great commercial results.
Project Manager
Zoe joined Freshbat at the start of 2025, bringing a fresh and flexible approach to project management. Since joining, she has kept our projects moving like a well-oiled machine, if the machine were project plans, polite nudges and sheer willpower. She’s calm, collected, and always two steps ahead.
Executive Assistant
Sophie is our Executive Assistant and helps keep our team organised. She manages diaries, organises events, keeps credit control in check, and does it all without breaking a sweat.
