We are looking for a Business Development / Marketing Manager to help expand our client base and promote our services, while also leading our internal marketing strategy. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients and converting leads into long-term partnerships. 
  • Take ownership of Freshbat’s marketing strategy, promoting our services through digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and paid campaigns. 
  • Collaborate with the internal team to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients, driving client retention and growth. 
  • Develop content and manage campaigns to raise awareness of Freshbat’s services, ensuring our brand remains at the forefront of potential clients’ minds. 
  • Attend industry events, network with potential clients, and represent Freshbat at conferences to drive business development. 
  • Track and analyse marketing and business development metrics, providing reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance. 

Ideal Candidate: 

  • Proven experience in a business development or marketing management role, ideally within a marketing agency. 
  • Demonstrates a passion for both business growth and marketing, with the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities. 
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing. 
  • Values-driven, with a commitment to transparency, collaboration, and delivering results. 
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. 

Commission Structure

Commission will be paid according to our tiered structure: The commission will vary based on the value of the retainer. This helps incentivise signing higher-value clients while ensuring fairness.  Commission is based on the first 6 months retainer, paid once the client has completed the first 3 months. More details can be shared upon application.
