Copywriting & Content Creation:
- Write and review compelling, high-quality copy for digital marketing campaigns (social media, emails, blog and web content), ensuring messaging aligns with the client’s goals and brand voice.
- Provide guidance and feedback to the content team on copywriting best practices and ensure all written material meets the highest standards before approval.
Data-Driven Optimisation:

- Use data insights to make informed recommendations and adjustments, continually refining campaigns to optimise their effectiveness.
- Create detailed reports and dashboards to monitor the performance of marketing strategies, using tools such as Google GA4, SEMonitor, and other industry-standard platforms.
Project Management:
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of marketing projects working with the Project Manager, from strategy development to execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations.
- Coordinate with different teams (design, content, development) to ensure smooth workflows and successful project outcomes.
- Manage project timelines and resources using tools such as Monday.com and Microsoft Teams, ensuring clear communication and accountability across the team.

- Act as the key point of contact for the delivery team, providing regular feedback and ensuring that their work aligns with client expectations and project objectives.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, encouraging creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Sign-Off on Deliverables:
- Review and approve all work produced by the marketing delivery team, including content, ads, and creative assets, ensuring that all deliverables meet the agreed standards and align with client objectives.
- Take responsibility for the final quality control of campaigns before they are launched, ensuring that all client requirements have been met and that the work reflects Freshbat’s high standards.
Client Reporting & Communication:
- Provide clear, insightful reports to clients on campaign performance, presenting key metrics and explaining the value delivered.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on progress, discuss upcoming projects, and identify new opportunities for optimisation and growth.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in a performance marketing or digital marketing role, ideally within a marketing agency.
- Strong background in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies (Brand, SEO, content creation, email marketing, social media, etc.).
- Exceptional copywriting skills, with experience in writing for various channels and audiences.
- Highly skilled in data analysis, with a track record of using insights to optimise campaigns for better performance.
- A passion for managing and developing junior team members, with previous leadership experience.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
