Overview: 

A freelance specialist skilled in using marketing and CRM AI automation to streamline processes, align marketing and sales through account-based marketing (ABM), and enhance ROI through efficiency, insights, and better marketing delivery. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Analyse current marketing workflows and propose automation opportunities to improve efficiency. 
  • Develop and implement AI-driven if/then workflows to align marketing and sales activities (e.g., ABM campaigns). 
  • Automate content repurposing for multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and optimising performance for each platform. 
  • Research, recommend, and implement CRM tools or AI solutions to improve client performance metrics. 
  • Monitor and fine-tune automation tools for better lead nurturing, engagement, and conversion. 
  • Provide actionable insights to optimise campaign strategies, leveraging AI tools to generate reports and recommendations. 
  • Support marketing teams in integrating AI-powered research, content creation, and analysis tools. 

Expected Deliverables: 

Automation Workflows: 

  • Custom-built if/then automations for ABM campaigns within selected CRM/marketing tools. 
  • Automated workflows for content repurposing across platforms (e.g., social media, email, blogs). 

Process Documentation: 

  • Detailed documentation of all automations created, including workflows, triggers, and actions for easy handover or troubleshooting. 

       Efficiency Audit: 

  • Comprehensive report on current marketing processes with identified inefficiencies and proposed automation solutions. 

Tool Recommendations and Implementation: 

  • Recommendation and implementation of suitable AI tools for improving marketing and sales alignment (e.g., AI-based lead scoring, segmentation). 

Performance Reports: 

  • Monthly or project-end performance reports showing efficiency improvements, time saved, and impact on lead conversion. 

Training and Handover: 

  • Training sessions or guides for in-house teams on how to manage and maintain automation tools and workflows. 

Insights for Campaign Optimisation: 

  • Detailed insights on campaign performance and recommendations for using AI to enhance future marketing strategies. 

Skills Required:
