Responsibilities:

- Research, recommend, and implement CRM tools or AI solutions to improve client performance metrics.
- Monitor and fine-tune automation tools for better lead nurturing, engagement, and conversion.
- Provide actionable insights to optimise campaign strategies, leveraging AI tools to generate reports and recommendations.
- Support marketing teams in integrating AI-powered research, content creation, and analysis tools.
